yes its working after adding jta.jar
If you are using OSGI, make sure that jta.jar is in the bundle-classpath in your jar and that is not imported.
You need jta.jar
include jta.jar in your classpath

Adding jta.jar and glassfish-j2ee.jar to the classpath did the trick for me.
