Create a âlogging.propertiesâ file under yourâ/WEB-INF/classesâ folder of your WAR and youâre all set:

org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].level = INFO
org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].handlers = java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler
