I assume you're trying to configure a Sun/Oracle ZFS Storage appliance. I've seen it stick at the setup wizard before.
Go into ILOM's web interface. You should be at System Information > Overview. Under Host Power, click Change... and tell it to perform a graceful power-off. It should take a minute or two and will retry several times as it waits for the OS to shut down. Don't get impatient and force-power it off... it should shut down. Then, fire it back up and serial console in again... use the default username/password (assuming you haven't changed them), and type in "start /SP/console." Wait a good 30 seconds and hit the Enter key. It should start up into the wizard!
