After inspecting the source code, it looks as if all the "call_nt_transact_ioctl(<hex number>): Currently not implemented." mean that the samba client has requested something that has not been implemented in samba -- and is probably unlikely to be implemented.

After reading responses by samba developers to questions about "call_nt_transact_ioctl(<hex number>): Currently not implemented." messages, it seems the requests are file system actions that can be done on Windows file systems but cannot be done on the UNIX/Linux file systems that samba uses.
