You call a phone, so you are a caller, and at the other end, the phone is ringing, well that person sitting at the ringing phone is the callee. Now, since there is nobody at the other end, ie no callee, then nobody will answer the phone. Well, newer versions of asterisk took that into consideration with some cases where the phone will be stuck ringing forever, and with that in mind, they created autofalltrough, what this means is that, first of all, in your dialplan, you did NOT tell asterisk what to do in case there is s-NOANSWER defined into the corresponding calls dialplan, plus there is no one there to answer the phone, so, the procedure is, to then execute autofallthrough, which probably Hangup the phone on you heh
