Add the CSRF token to your form.
In Java (i.e. a Servlet)
CsrfToken token = (CsrfToken) req.getAttribute("_csrf");
out.println("<input type=\"hidden\" name=\"" + token.getParameterName() + "\" value=\"" + token.getToken() + "\"/>");
